I'm not sure if it's the whole episode or not... the other flashback episode (when Harvey found out about his father's death) switched between present (him taking the day off to have a drink at his father's grave) and past quite a few times. I wouldn't be surprised if they switched again back and forth, relating present events with flashbacks of past experiences that will influence their decisions and actions.

For a while he was doing an excellent job, and now suddenly he always is doing the worst possible thing for the firm. It doesn't make sense. Yeah especially the last line of the episode. + Show Spoiler + When Cameron Dennis had bluffed about having a key witness, got caught with having no evidence, and was just about to give up the whole lawsuit against Ava Hessington... but now apparently Stephen gave Dennis the witness? Wtf.

Wtf. I am starting to wonder if Darby now really wants Jessica out so he told Stephan that if Harvey wins Harvey is managing partner but if he loses Stephen is.

That's pretty interesting. I feel that despite Stephen's new relationship with Donna, Stephen hasn't really done much case-wise to make him seem as established as Harvey or any managing partner. We know he's supposed to be the British Harvey and is Darby's fixer, but I feel like he hasn't really shown much of his lawyer skills to the audience yet.

I don't think this will be the case since Darby wants to win the case as much as Harvey, why would he let Stephen be managing partner if the case was a complete lost? However, Stephen does seem to have some kind of secret agenda that we don't know about.

I'm not sure, but I think Darby wanted Stephen to make a move after finding out Harvey got his name on the door. He probably fears that Jessica and Harvey will team up on him or something...

I would hate it I took that to mean that she was sorry she got involved with a douche like Steven, cause he back-stabbed harvey pretty hard it looks like.
