You won a tournament against a former pro in one of the more spectacular forms ever. Make it your eternal emblem and a background to always remember the occasion. Plus that sounds like literaly the best thing I've ever seen. God damm mareathon2 is next week :D. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Best of the season so far, and a top episode overall. Bumped Rarity to my second favorite pony*. The song is one of my favorites as well, liked it much more than the pet song. I'm not at all a fan of the 'being in two places at once' thing that I've seen in too many comedies, but at least the resolution was well done and they didn't make it too awkward. *EDIT: Rarity with beret/whatever is best pony. Glad to hear the tournament was great as well. | ||

Watched the new one yesterday: + Show Spoiler + Definitely one one the best episodes overall. Rarity is my favorite pony simply alone due to the fact, that she has such a great developed character. I found the fact, that she herself realised her fault and stood up for her friends before someone had to tell her to do so made this episode better than the "superhero" one with Rainbow. As far as the song... not quite Art of the Dress level in my book, but absolutely one of the best. Although the more often I hear it ... is it just me or does it have very similar chords to "Never Gonna Give You Up" ... they didn't just rickrolled us, did they? On another note: The tournament yesterday was amazing, keep up the good stuff. | ||

To be honest, even i would probably rate Rarity's importance above the whole lot of bootlickers combined, when i think about it. And since he is good at that stuff, and obviously leading that bunch of ponies and knowing it, him stepping in to rescue Rarity is the logically best step to get a more influential friend (who also appears to be a bit naive, even better) with nearly no fear of losing his herd. After all, he is already in a firm position of control of those, and they will probably agree to anything he says anyways. At least that is the way i understand that scene. Especially those small breaks in "This ... lovely pony from *wink* Ponyville was just about to tell me who made her ... charming dress". Then take a look at the instant behaviour shift once he is told that Rarity made the dress, and that they are in fact her friends. The only way this makes sense to me is when he is trying to get on Raritys good side. We are a thread of ninjas, noone sees what we are doing. | ||

Why didn't Rarity Effin tell everypony that she was friends with nopony other than Celestia's most fateful student? -.- All-in-all, I loved it. | ||
