The picture was made before the spoiler was leaked. If it has to do with the episode it is a coincidence (although after reading the episode summary, I'm guessing no)

Yeah that's poor Derpy on the left having trouble figuring out why the carriage won't move. I just found images on the net that would fit what I wanted to do. It's insane how many MLP pictures there are out there. If you need a Fluttershy wearing a fedora and juggling chainsaws you have to pick between a dozen different images... Big thanks to everyone who makes this possible.
I'm curious to see how about thirty middle-aged men are going to react to it on monday though...
