all considered this two parter takes a spot as one of my all time favorite episodes. Of course now we have to suffer through a while before we get any new episodes :-( On the bright side discord got turned to stone, that means he might escape again! That would be awesome ^_^ (probably not happening though) | ||

this episode felt rushed again (guess it had to be) all in all i thought this episode was kind of lame, how they got their color back was just a little too convenient. I would have liked to see another pony snap out of it before twilight did. Also i would have liked to see discord be "rehabilitated" instead of just turned to stone. Oh well i guess its not my show for a reason. still worth waking up at 7:00 on a Saturday morning for  | ||

I agree with this. the darker tone and the cliffhanger at the end of S2E1 certainly helps to make it one of the best possible introductory episodes | ||
