This. Aside from the RW that chapter was probably my favorite.
I was on the edge of my seat reading it, not just because it's described perfectly in its escalation but also because Tyrion's fate hangs in the balance.
I honestly thought he would die by the end of the book, and I just couldn't take it after the RW, lol.

Arya NEVER killed the Hound, she even said "You don't deserve the gift of mercy" and rode off to let him suffer and die alone from what I recall. She killed The Tickler, and pretty brutally. Unfortunately The Tickler and the rest of Vargo Hoats men (aside from Qyburn) don't even exist. Sad, because that was probably the most crucial point for Arya's character. Eh, they will still do that scene. Replace the Tickler+Polliver+random with Polliver+X randoms, and have her kill Polliver. Done. Not sure why some people think she kills him, though I suppose if you blame her for not binding his leg wound correctly she sort of almost did. Well, I've decided that I can be negative and bemoan how the "stabbing to the baby" was low hanging fruit and ultimately a cheaper way to add to the shock of the event and whatnot but I don't think there in much point. They outdid Ned's death, so they did it right enough. Bravo. Now regarding Jorah+Daario+Grey Worm's little Bioware RPG adventure...ah, fuck it. That was fun anyway too. It was a good episode.
I think "stabbing to the baby" was a little nod by GRRM to the crackpots saying Jeyne is with Blackfish in hiding with Robbs heir. This was like him saying
NO MOTHERFUCKERS, I MADE A DESCRIPTION MISTAKE. NOW LET THIS CHILD DIE WITH YOUR CRACKPOT THEORIES.

I do hope the Hound is alive though, he fits in nicely with the volonqar theory.

The Sandor=Gravedigger theory had hints all throughout the chapter and is backed by actual quotes and clues.

The Sandor is still alive theory is definatelly far more reasonable than the Jeyne was pregnant one.
Killing "Jayne 2.0" is more like beheading Syrio Forel.
It would have been hilarious if he introduced her baby in a previous episode, just for the rage of the bookers, while still killing her later on. That would have been trolling.

Or are you guys talking about something else I missed?
Regardless, S04 will be amazing.

And that poll says we are averaging mid-20's these days. It is less than 24 hours since the last episode of the TV adaptation gave us one of the greatest windfalls of material we've ever seen too. We have become terrible.

Alright, so now that we've gotten the most gut-wrenching and uncomfortable scene in the entire series out of the way, what are the most satisfying deaths to see going to be?
My votes, in order from most to not-quite-as-awesome-as-number-one-but-still-awesome
1) Lysa Arryn. You can just imagine the look on Petyr's face when he does it. 2) Tywin. The rage. 3) The Mountain. 4) Joffrey. Because fucking everyone (and their mother ^^) wants it to happen.
And those that I really HOPE die in the last two books...
1) Melisandre. I don't particularly hate her, but with the annoying smug-ness she has in the Lord of Light, it would be great if she was off'd by The Others. 2) Walder Frey. The dude's a little bitch that just hides in his towers. 3) Dany. Personally, I think she's been an entitled, spoiled brat the entire series, even if I really like her in the TV show. I'd like to see her die in an epic battle while riding her dragons or something similar.
I don't like the Boltons, but I don't want them to die; instead, I want them crushed and reduced to useless commoners or serfs or something similar.

Joffrey will be the most satisfying death because it's Joffrey, you can't top that. It probally won't be as surprising or gruesome, but it's Joffrey.
Tywin will be really good as well because it's Tyrion. It's a great scene and you can do some really amazing stuff with that one, but even though Tywin is "hated", it will be a shame to lose such a great character, so it will have some bittersweet flavour.
The mountain's death is not good because The Mountain dies, the fight can be amazing, but the death itself isn't that remarkable, specially since he isn't even really dead for good. And it's not like he was anything but a brainless zombie with massive strenght while he was alive.
Lysa's death is cool, but I personally wouldn't put it at the level of the other ones mentioned before.

After the crushing blow to the "good guy lovers" that was episode 9 a little justice in episode 10 but just as big a shock would be pretty great.
Have they already confirmed the purple wedding won't be this season? I don't see why to delay it till 404/405. Because they haven't introduced Oberyn yet. Without him in the picture who will be Tyrion's champion in his trial ? It will just be plain wierd if he gets introduced after the wedding but maybe the show writers have found a way to pull it off. Some things I feel could be a part of finale - Arya killing Hound and escaping to Braavos. This I feel is fairly likely. - Beric breathing life into Lady stoneheart but that may spoil that surprise when she meets Brienne. - Balon's death
Just a thought, but the show does like to "compound" some of the characters. Bronn is a character that has done perhaps better in the show than in the books, viewers like him. In the books Bronn is kind of just weened-out of the story until he becomes a footnote.
It might be better to give Bronn a "bigger exit" in the show, by having him be the unfortunate champion for Tyrion, replacing Oberyn (only this time he obviously won't be as successful as he was in the Vale). We haven't seen anything from Oberyn, it'll require a bit of time to introduce him and his motivations. Might just be easier to use Bronn and give him a definitive end. Just a theory.

I think the Mountain's death is satisfying because he dies a slow, agonizing death like vengeance would dictate. I also think Lysa's death is going to be satisfying just because her portrayal in the show is that perfect level of "really fucking annoying".

I have the same deaths as you, just in a different order.
Who I'd like to see die?
1. Cersei 2. Ramsay bolton 3. Roose bolton
I'd love to see littlefinger end up as a slave. God I can't stand him but death would be too good for him.
I just want stannis to end up on the throne :D

It kinda changes too much with the King's Landing-Martells relationship imo. The fact Oberyn died is a pretty big deal, not just because of the duel.
Anything can be fixed with even more changes of course, but I don't think that's one that should be done.

Now with the sort of boring first half of ASoS (except the red wedding) almost out of the way, next season is going to be so PACKED . Assuming the third book will be wrapped up next season, these are the moments I'm looking forward to the most:
- The purple wedding (die you little shit).. - The epic duel between Oberyn and the Mountain. - "she's been fucking Lancel and Osmund Kettleblack, and probably Moon Boy for all I know". - Tywin taking a bolt to the gut. - Stannis' army saving the Night's Watch in the 11th hour.
