The big issue I had with this episode though is how there was virtually no attempt by anyone from Rick's group (namely Hershel, Michonne, or Rick) to talk to the attackers and tell them about all the nonsense the governor has done. I don't think it would have been too far-fetched for someone on Rick's side to have asked if anyone was recently "mysteriously killed" since the governor was around, and/or where the heck the governor's old soldiers went. The governor probably shouldn't have been able to convince that crew to even be able to raid the prison, regardless of how bad the supposed residents are. I also thought it was a poor choice (namely unrealistic) for the Governor to somehow survive killing Hershel, when presumably the whole group would have had their guns aimed right at him. The fact that Rick somehow was completely disregarded and conveniently forgotten about after he hid behind the bus was also quite ridiculous. I liked the part in the comics better when + Show Spoiler + zombies crowded the prison fences, thus making it harder to get to the prison for attackers. + Show Spoiler + The show creates so many plot holes every time they deviate from the comics. I pretty much expected the worst for this mid season finale, that they could possibly drag the confrontation out until the end of the season somehow. So i was positively suprised to have it now. See, its all about expectation management  Im very excited for the second half of the season! | ||
