I think putting Gh on the Earthshaker is an issue because the hero really doesn't have as much damage as it used to be. It can snowball, but for how long the cooldown is, it doesn't do enough.

Granted, Gh just got hit with one of the serious problems with it.

That could've gone great for VG in two angles first just that great RP or just kill rosh and kill everybody but nope hesitated on both ends now they lost that (even tho they only lost only one hero)

It's funny, VG are up 5k now, and it feels over for them. I don't see them killing Medusa right now when TL has ES, BM, Razor and Jakiro supporting her, even with good RPs(unless they catch like 4 of them in it).

His hero is medusa if you haven't noticed. Dire + Dusa just basically sit on top of the dire jungle and just make sure you last lategame you pretty much win anything. (check the heatmap if you can Dusa basically sits on the dire shrine bot jungle most of the game)
