But, man, were they ever on a timer. Troll got away at least twice on under 100 hp. If he'd have died there, Empire would have gotten walked over a while before. Credit to Empire, they kept that a lot closer because NiP tends to slow roll too much stuff. (And what was that Fata jump for the Aegis?) Yeah, the timer makes sense given their draft
Ace was able to pop Aeon Disk and force the Phoenix to cast Egg just to defend their T3. If the double hadn't worn out, he'd have solo killed the 5th net worth in the game with just the double.
Fata always seems to be behind in farm when they do one of the Pugna strats, but it was also NiP's approach to the Enigma. They end up with a hard 1 and 3x pos 3. Fata's stats always seem better than his effect in the game looks when watching.

2 hard to predict matches.
I favor liquid to win, but if they stumbled a little I can also easily Keen winning, even 2-0.NiP has pretty defined way to play, honestly it will depend on their draft to win.

Agreed. Most of these Decider Matches are going to just depend on the exact play today between the teams. I'd favor TL & NiP, but I wouldn't put money on it.

I was waiting for someone to open Drow/Medusa...

Isn't Drow-Medusa really greedy? They both need quite a bit of farm

Lvl 6 on both with 3 Wraith Bands. They could probably take a T3 in a good number of games. Neither are weak early and Drow buffs the Meduas.

' Isn't ember just gonna run at her' *ember runs at her*
nice one Grant

It's also really hard pushing against Medusa with Mystic Snake and that dumb talent that takes 50% of your mana.
|
Liquid 1-0 pretty much now
|
Chaos has a really good approach to countering NiP.

Yeah Liquid are just rolling over KG. It's strange to me, whenever I see some team pick Medusa she gets one item and becomes immortal after that, and in 1-2 team fights she is 4-5 slotted and can solo whole team. That's literally the case in last 10 Medusa games that I've watched, it is strange to me how does it go through.

LMAO and just as I say that, there it is. :D

any will not be able to reach top with old chicken as carry. he will stumble as soon as the game goes hard.

mystic snake is so stupid

And they ran out of time, though 33 makes that NightStalker look broken.

I don't really understand why a hero with such strong passive and a super strong ultimate also deserves a really impactful spell
