thank god ace got a lane and played that really well. i wonder how much of that was a practiced strategy vs playing off the cuff cuz if it's the latter, secret is very scary.

oh for sure, it was 9th pick for them, but the lifestealer to make it even viable is the stroke of genius.
yeah any other game doom is fat, buys a blink, and dooms your lesh.
but he can't this game. they open tusk io and play neutral/defensive and don't deal well with getting run at.
that is all on lifestealer which no other hero can do.

part of it, at least like 30% of it is also liquid's draft. but yeah, the adaptation by secret was clutch shit

It's just picks that are good against doom. Naix doesn't give a shit about doom. Leshrac doesn't either as long as he pops ult during doom long ass cast time. And they have track to help disengage or choose their fights.

Nothing can lane solo against morph. That shit is OP.

ET and -armor strat to counter morph and run over Liquid early. Secret lanes are decent too.
