It's like you have forgotten how dominant Secret for TI5 were looking and how they got trashed in TI6. Wings play well, very dynamically and they have a vast hero pool. But they're overly reliant on smoke in the midgame and have a tendencies to think they are a bulldozer. Plus they have the worst mindset of all the top teams (TL, OG, NB) mostly because they're young. And just so we're clear, I'll take any sigbet you want that Wings won't be top 2 in TI6. I agree. It's funny how people can go over the top with statements like "liquid look lost against og" and "liquid and og got pummeled". Game 3 (!) between OG and Liquid was easily one of the best and closest matches of the tournament, and in the Grand Final Kuro himself mentioned how hard it would be for OG after playing that exhausting series against Liquid just moments earlier. Wings certainly deserved this win but claiming that "no one can beat them" just makes you look like an idiot.

And OG played 19, lol, just to put that into perspective. Anyway, you're obviously not going to be able to play at 100% in every tournament, especially when it's a smaller one. Hell, OG even admitted to having a hard time giving it their all coming into shanghai as defending champions. A mistake they were clearly not intending to repeat at TI.

they throw big fights a lot just their "I'm a steam tank" mentality didn't saw their match vs Newbee in NYC Grand Final but I think Newbee outdone them by capitalizing this "mistakes" because that's what Newbee do

Qualified for ESL Manila, went onto win the tournament. Qualified for The Summit 5, went onto win the tournament. Qualified for Nanyang, got a close second place in a fantastic 2-3 series vs Newbee Qualified for TI6 You sure they aren't elite? That's an impressive resume if you ask me. Yeah they choked at Manila (no bkb Tiny, GG), but they came right back. If you're going purely off results, it's hard to say that Wings isn't an elite team atm IMO.
