Are we counting VP as what ? not "west" ? are they "CIS reguib" ? of course they are west they play in ALL the west tourny , play the "west" meta there is no CIS region from a dota prespctive ..... they might be more aggresive sometime and less skilled (not tlaking about hte top teams , which actually play like top NA/Europ). | ||
