Luna is snowbally, don't expect her to win if the game is even vs a stronger late game carrier, it's not like she's terrible in the late game but she does fall off in comparison to the likes of AM/PL/Spec/Tiny/Ember or even dusa.

gyro just run at people with rocket barrage and the hero doesn't even need level 6 to do so .. while luna when the ult is on cooldown can't do that also luna ult has long cooldown
yeah luna is one of the best siege +pushing hero

She does not really fall off compared to AM and i can see her outmanfighting Spec and even Tiny, but PL does wreck her and she can't hope to burst Ember.
