It's still a safe sieging item, but 99% of the time Dusa isn't in a hurry to high ground and doesn't need to buy an item that sacrifices fighting power just to be able to safely damage towers. I could see it being good when Dusa's team actually needs to be able to play out a slow siege with it, but people often don't pick dusa into games that would play out like that. | ||
