After his stint in VG, he is now amongst the elite carries of the world. If anything, being on VG was a godsend for him considering that iceiceice had to vouch for Black before VG even tried him out. | ||

Black's problem from other Western players' assessments was that he was stubborn and unresponsive for a carry. I think Black moving to China was a great benefit for him, not because he got to shine on VG; but because he had to learn a new language, and thus was forced to get out of his mentality were he wouldn't talk much to his teammates. | ||
