The amount of underlying racism on these forums is sickening, that's why some people are getting fed up with it. All the SEA/Chinese teams have been playing extremely aggressive styles of play, and yet people call it boring. iG gets Ember Spirit and rolls a team? Boring. DK runs a strong push strat that takes extreme execution? Boring. VG runs a brilliant Pugna centric push strat? Boring. LGD runs a midgame centric line-up centered around Invoker's great teamfighting? Boring.

Anything the Asian teams do is considered boring here, and it's fucking ridiculous.

What you say doesn't even qualify as a counter example. His point still stands.

His point operates off of hilarious assumption that those people that think that VG's Pugna line-ups (that are actually hilarious, how teams crumble against them, but that's pugna for ya) are bad are the same that think that whatever else is bad. People are all different and you can't ever please everyone, so deal with it, and desire of certain people (like me) to get some not-real gold here.

Said same people will say that Western teams are so good for doing the same exact thing. That's what I mean by underlying racism. It doesn't matter what the Chinese teams do, they can run literally every single style this tournament (which they've had, they have shown far more versatility then the Western teams have who've really stuck to their guns on Razor/Void/Tide/WK), and a plethora of heroes, but they will always be called boring on these forums for whatever reason by the same group of people. That's not saying 'that style of play is boring,' that's borderline racism at this point. You can't even justify it as fanboyism because the Asian teams all have vastly different playstyles (VG playing a much more timing oriented style of play with a strong late game anchor, DK with their multi-core extended laning phases, iG with their face rush midgame oriented styles with Luo, etc.)

If you show me people who flamed DK as boring when they did Tusk or Undying then I will see some merit in your argument. If they didn't, then I still think it's not racism thing, just different preferences.

I personally agree with superstartran just based on my perusing of the forums (which isn't really much evidence of anything), but you're right that a certain level of evidence is needed for such a serious claim. That said, the level of evidence required means that he wins a internet argument at the cost of having a life. LOL.

There's plenty of evidence that I just posted, of course people will just say 'butthurt fanboys.' Fact of the matter is, there's alot of unwarranted hate that is pretty much borderline racism for the Asian teams for whatever reason, and I'm merely pointing it out. I call it as it is, if you don't like it, ignore me.
