Especially when sylar is as farmed as he is. I asked that when it was like 0-9 or so, now it's 3-21, and it's not looking any better :/ That's the SAD part
China so strong this year man. I don't wanna see TI4 looking like another chinese tournament.

It'll probably be something like TI2, but with more western teams in the top 8. The top tier Chinese teams seem pretty stable/strong. I'd wager 3/8 of the top 8 being Western teams, but only 1 of them will make the top 4

Ya I don't want this turning into another SC2 crap.
I just hope Na'Vi starts actually practicing for once and show up instead of just kinda... taking it as they go along. Why can't they be like their CS team -.-

I for once doesn't mind TI4 being Eastern Domination, but maybe that's just me.

makes no sense compare korea with china, china is far off from dominating the scene so heavily. Also, TI2 chinese tournament, TI3 half/half, TI4 probably a little more chinese heavy
I don't see any problem.

It has the feeling of "world championship" but this year is gonna kinda meh watching chinese vs chinese is not really "international" theme like. I don't mind chinese team winning as long as it's not that chinese dominated.,

In sc2 and bw was heavily korean-dominated. He was not comparing korea and china dota 2 but rather that he doesn't want chinese to purely dominate to the point that the whole world really sucks vs chinese like what happened in sc2/bw.

VODs are starting to roll in now, i've linked the first three in the OP (includes excellent fnatic-VG game and the troll tricast)

i wouldnt be too concerned about chinese dominance. they are very strong and i dont think that less than 4 teams will place top 8 at the ti4 but neither navi nor fnatic did great in the past month. navi did poorly at starladder, did not qualify for dreamhack and to the events were they are going to, they were invited. fnatic did better and could take maps of both DK and VG this tournament, alliance beat VG handily in wpc and could take a map of newbee later. even c9 could win one map against IG.
the chinese scene is strong again, but nowhere near ti2 level.

You also have to be careful not to put too much stock on results from a patch that's only been out a week.
Nobody has a damn clue how 6.81b is supposed to play, so teams are more or less winging it as far as the draft goes. Once a dominant style emerges from this version, we could see some shifts in who the strong teams are anyway.
