You should have the pennant equiped AND be watching the game where your team IS playing. I think they were getting stuff on mTw game with tongfu pennant even if mTw was the one getting the kills and victory, maybe because there were no mTw pennant the game just give it to someone in game with the other pennant. Also, Mouz's pennant looks a lot like it should be mTw's, the color, the logo, everything about it. | ||

The triggers for item drops are universal for all pennant holders of either team | ||
