They can host CSGO at their own studio with a 18€ entry fee (the same studio as ESL does the LoL stuff) but not DotA... guess why.

ESL have a history of clining on archaic rules just for the hell of it. That's basically the reason they gave here again. We did it in the past so we do it again. Having teams fly in for one best of three is just.. Stupid.

People need to stop complaining about the brackets, they are based off final positions in the groups. NTH & Fnatic finished second in their groups and were always gonna end up playing Navi/VP/Mouz who finished first. The concerns regarding venue, cost and outsourcing the online casting to joinDota when eveything for CSGO has been done at the ESL studio are more interesting.

Also the bracket is determined by the groupplay, which is the standard in every major tournament, isn't it? Go complain to your favorite toptier-team for not placing 1st instead of complaining about the organizer
