I'd like to see some logs before DDoS is even discussed, for all we know it's Dota servers freaking out as they are doing constantly anyway.
edit: And now BTS is lagging out, but their stream is running fine.

I have internet problems maybe once every 6 months for an hour total. For it to happen to several people in the same tournament on different teams on different continents at the specific time they're playing official matches is more than a bit suspicious. Sweden isn't known for having internet troubles, neither is denmark or california.
