No matter how many fights Orange could win, they still only had Mushi to rely on. The Aegis might give them a fight, but they wouldn't have won. ^^ exactly this , navi has the far better late game composition, they only have to disable the OD and faceroll the enemy team The Aegis denial was huge. Orange didn't know what to do, they didn't want to push because it was too risky so they stuck in the jungle waiting to pick someone off while Na'vi had some breathing room. Orange then realised that they needed to do something and pushed resulting in a disastrous teamfight.
Not to mention the massive tilt that aegis deinal and subsequent ass whopping. It was a huge deal.

Nope. That's what I'm leaning towards as well. They needed Aegis, blinks on DS and OD, pipe, and damage on WR. Damage on OD isn't enough, they desperately needed a secondary damage dealer, but he went for Force Staff and Hex instead. Honestly, force staff and hex isn't even that bad on windrunner that game but the fact that he farmed so incredibly slowly was a huge problem. If he has force staff that's another person who can help mushi survive which was priority #1.
I mean, let's say he goes DPS items. What's he gonna have by the same time at the end of that game? Shadowblade and... half an MKB?

Congrats Na'Vi !!! Another final is an excellent outcome and achievement But don't forget, there is still the last boss waiting for you. And the odds are 20 to 1 in their favour

Its the sign of a great team.
The salty Orange fans are funny. Orange is a great team and played really well, but couldn't hold it together in the end.

I'm so confused, what happened! I went to get ready for Uni and wash the dishes and Navi were down about 10kills but nabbing a kill here and there

That's sort of their thing. The bigger the pressure the better they play.

No matter how many fights Orange could win, they still only had Mushi to rely on. The Aegis might give them a fight, but they wouldn't have won. If Mushi had second live after the blackhole, 3 NaVi heroes would instant die to his ultimate. With buybacks Orange still wouldn't be able to break high ground, I'm fairly certain of that. breaking highground doesnt mean anything dude orange could farm map, navi would never take a teamfight against OD aegis. aegis basically increases your advantage, dont need to go suicide the t3 Then what? Keep going lategame? Na'Vi had the better late game lineup, even if they were heavily reliant on black holes hitting good. The aegis was definitely a big blow to Orange but not what lost them the game.

I want a Million dollar bet poll for Alliance winning the final
wanna see many people lose lives when NaVi wins :D

This isn't true at all. Imo the stupider decision was wasting 3 buybacks for 0 kills, allowing them to double rax you minutes later.

Everyone of those fights started with mushi dying very quickly, and all of his teammates kiting / living much longer. If mush had aegis, he would revive by the time BKBs wore off, ultied for 2/3ds of his targets hp, and perhaps turning fights around.
it was a BIG deal, possibly cost the game. I disagree, I don't think Orange were ever breaking that base without winning multiple team-fights in a row.
That line-up relied way too much on OD, and OD isn't a hero you can rely on late-game alone.

The fact that they were relying on OD to be carry against LS was a much bigger deal than the aegis deny.
