Because the power of a Viper is that he can actually tank as well, putting points in the orb just makes him very vurnable to the MANY nukes that SG has, just because XBOCT is charging in doesn't mean SG can't just burst down Viper quickly.

The increased passive gold gain is like the best thing for supports. Hope to see more sk, lion, es with blink being easier to farm.

what's the point of building phase on luna i don't get it
she has one of the fastest base ms and it's not like she doesn't have enough early damage with blessing, unless you're going to max glaives now
that 5ms nerf to treads really that bad?

They nerfed phased by 5ms as well so I don't think that's the reason.

They nerfed both boots though, and it's not like you are going tranqs or mana boots.
