Well its a nerf definitely. But its really an insignificant nerf laning wise. But for jungle, you will clear the initial camp slightly slower. Also the position of the small camp sort of makes jungle bat risky to do.

it nerfs denies in laning phase which is kinda big but you will CS fine with sticky stacks

I"m so surprised about the no wisp ban / pick. While he probably is a bit weaker, that doesn't change his core design. I don't understand at all :o

Having lots of problems viewing the stream  getting errors 2002 or 2004 more often than not. Which is a shame because the games seem to be a lot of fun!

Speed seems to be doing some kind of push strat while Navi doing something teamfight/pick off stuff. Wisp doesnt fit so well into neither
