Yeah, it's on the intended fix list.

This doesn't just apply to Blink Dagger, but to any Blink-based skill (Anti-mage Blink, QoP Blink)--clicking past the maximum range of the spell results in blinking 4/5 of the maximum range (in the case of Blink Dagger, 960 range). AM and QoP always blink to the maximum possible range in DotA 2, even if you click past it. Are you sure about that? I swear that wasn't the case Yeah, it's on the intended fix list.

It's a good skill on level one but scales very badly. Putting in a second skill point might be worth it but I normally leave it at level one until the other two skills are maxed. It scales just fine. Leveling Telekinesis isn't really for the duration, but for the range (increments of 25 range are significant and noticeable). Probably someone felt that 575 range was most comfortable for early usage and figured that was the most comfortable level to leave the spell at early ranks, and then everyone proceeded to copy that guy.

I actually disagree about it scaling badly. At first glance it seems the duration only increases by 0.25 per level, but you have to realise that it's both the lift duration and the stun duration (from the fall down) that increase by 0.25, resulting in actually a net increase of 0.5 seconds per level. And that's definitely worth it. The lifted unit doesn't get stunned, so it's still only 0.25s. Although in an aoe.

huskar night stalker dragon knight riki windrunner and you are pubbing so 2-1-2 who would you put mid? I think there is a support guide on here with a digram showing all the pull timings. http://board.dotanoobs.com/thread.php?pid=5057 thats not the one i meant ... someone on TL had some great diagrams by some dude ... i cant remember the thread and wish i know (there was one for counter warding a pudge for example) ... that guy had also done other articles ... with awesome diagrams too which were also awesome. (the articles i mean) His diagrams showed timings where you needed to drag the enemy creeps into camps also. Was fairly comprehensive ... altho have to say some are very hard pulls (eg radiant side)

resulted in a dragon knight solo vs pudge mid after huskar moved to top. turns out pudge cant do shit against a dragon knight (farm or kill wise - altho dk cant kill pudge so it was kinda pyrrhic as at least huskar has a good chance of killing him over and over).
