You don't really need that much farm, you catch up on farm with track gold from ganking. Actually to be fair, your #1 priority for any off laner is DO NOT DIE. Get what you can, don't take unnecessary risks, and if you're playing an invis off laner, make sure to look at their inventories constantly to see if they've bought wards, and to check if they're started placing them so you don't get surprised | ||

You could leave and enter the "projectile" and it was possible with certain spells that you get hit twice. But if iam not mistake it is shockwave only and it was something hardcoded in the wc3 engine. Iam not sure how it works in Dota2 as it happens so rarely. But if iam not mistaken it should be there too. | ||

If you need the health then just carry around a vit booster until you have the funds to upgrade it to a heart. A ring of Aquila should solve most of your mana problems. | ||
