Has anyone played around with Iron Talon on Crystal Maiden? I know it sounds gimmicky, but it actually seems pretty nice.
I'm awful at jungle routes, but I was still able to get ~2:20 level 3 CM with full hp >50% mana and enough gold for boots & some other goodies to influence the lanes. The only downside is you need the other support to get you your 2nd ward and courier at the start and you'll have no hp regen (but you should be able to buy some when you pick up the boots and smoke I think).
Anyways here's what I did:
-Start Talon + Clarity + whatever (you have 75g left) -(Optional?) Use Talon to clear a quicker path between hard and medium camp. -Pull Hard Camp + Freeze Big minion use Iron Talon on the 2nd biggest minion. -Attack big minion enough so it will die to frost bite then hit the minion you taloned. -When time gets close let camp reset, pull to stack it, Talon the 2nd biggest minion again + kill it. -Get 115 mana while harassing + iron talon the next biggest minion at the camp. -Freeze biggest minion, pop clarity, and hit it so it will die. -Stack Camp again at 2:00 or go to medium camp and frostbite big + talon small.
Basically just the idea that you frostbite the big creep then use the talon on another creep 2x (or sometimes 1x) to get it low so it's easy to kill.
There's probably better patterns, maybe you could kill a medium creep first while stacking the large so you can talon x2 one large creep while frostbite killing the other one. Either way it's interesting at least. A fast level 3 CM with boots seems pretty nice or you can go 0-1-2 and keep jungling.

I have a collection of specific anti-zeus ward spots that are less frequently checked - obscure cliff spots, the less commonly watched side of important intersections etc. To find these, watch some replays and note where they bolted and where would have been okay.

anyone kno wat happens if morph replicates into a replicate that is currently being dueled? does the duel immediately end as if the illusion was destroyed, or does she continue the duel with morph

I know the new Time Walk counts as a heal since Ice Blast prevents it from working. If Oracle uses Purifying Flames on Void and he Time Walks immediately after the damage instance, will he heal from the damage instance and receive the secondary heal?

Yes. It would work even under the old Chrono because Magnetic Field evasion is not a passive.

theres no reason why he wouldnt, purifying flames is just burst dmg damage followed by heal over time.
im actually more interested to know if the backtrack heal is doubled when he is under false promise

I was curious because he recovers health with Time Walk under Shallow Grave, and that's programmed as a pre-heal.
Other people have claimed so.

AFAIK backtrack isn't/wasn't a heal in dota 2 so it wouldn't have doubled under false promise

timewalk is a heal now so yes, you should get double healing from false promise and timewalk

Are cogs supposed to cancel SB charge?

do u mean if the sb is charging and than the clock cogs infront of his charge? yes that will stop it, tho i dont believe the cogs can hit him on his way out from inside the cog

Can someone give me the rough item/level/cs benchmarks for Tinker midlane to aim for in each game, assuming that the match is going fairly well and you're not that behind or ahead? Cuz I read in a guide that you should always aim to get 8 minutes BoT after Bottle and I find that to be really really difficult without the opposing midlaner screwing up a few times and manage to feed me some kills. I tend to get BoT around 12-13 minutes even after dying 2 times in lane so I think I'm not doing too bad in terms of earlygame farm, but somehow I really start to slow down on farm when I get my level 11. I get 30 minutes Vyse and then my farming speeds up from there, don't really know what I am doing wrong.

in general, 60-70 last hits in first 10minutes and 100 every 10 minutes from there on is considered good.
E: obviously in uncontested lane.
