Short version is that it's a item for farming creeps and bounty is a hero that exists to farm hero kills.
For the regen part you can just get something like a Bottle or Urn for a lot less gold and then build into like a Dagon or Desolator for more killing power.

it doesn't do anything, that's why it's bad
it's slow to build, you can't go around annoying the enemy team. you're not supposed to rice with bounty, ur supposed to get track kills for your team. if you want a farming offlaner then play weaver or bristle or something. what rating is your friend?

you are not AM or PA who benefits so much from the effects battlefury .. basically it's a money drain for BH especially when there are other items who are many times better for bounty hunter and that helps the team much much more than a battlefury could
if it works for your friend .. well everybody can buy anything on any hero still win on pubs

It's just abusing the lack of detection, many supports can solokill a BH built like this if they see him.

BF's actually situationally fine on BH, not as bad as it got made out to be. It's just not suitable for the vast majority of games, and almost never a first item. You usually don't want to be farming, but that doesn't mean that you don't get game states where you can't really use Track well and just have to farm (e.g. enemy team is just defending high ground or 5-man pubtraining and you can't really just yolo into them, but actually need to develop an item advantage with map control before you can fight them).
Of course, this is basically irrelevant in this version--especially since BH is much more effective as a support than an offlaner with the way 6.84 is played.

How do i start a game with no bots if i just wanna do some lasthit and lanecontrol practice?

under the play tab
create a lobby (local or not doesn't really matter), make sure in the options that there isn't a "fill empty slots with bots" option ticked, sit on a team and start the game
I recommend having cheats on for giving yourself courier gold and starting the game early (-gold xxx and -startgame respectively) but that isn't required.

When should you gank with SF? I normally just farm mid with him all the time and mostly ignore other lanes but a lot of times due to the fact I'm not sure if pubbies will help me with kill meaning that teh enemy heroes could run away which shits on my farm hard but lately lanes just snowball outta control.
Later after laning phase I often find myself farming jungle/empty lane as nothing is happening and then TEAMFIGHT and either Tp is on CD or not close enough and I always arrive late. Any way to avert this as I dont want to derp around with team and get no farm but I dont want to not help.

if u see an opportunity. Like if u get a ganking rune. Will ur gank be successful? do ur teammates have spells that facilitate a gank? Do the enemies have easy escape? Is the lane positioned in a place that makes the enemy vulnerable? Do you know where the other enemy heroes are, and can they respond and countergank in time?

If your TP is on CD regularly when you need to get to fights, then you should re-evaluate your TP usage. It's very common for players to be over-zealous about TPing to places to farm because either they are being inefficient with their farming routes (and need the TP to make up for wasted time they could have avoided with better planning) or overestimating the amount of extra farm they're getting from using a TP to get there.

to add, usually u dont want to tp to base and walk to lane, rather walk to base and tp to lane (unless u were getting ganked / low hp / under threat / retreating ) because when u walk to base u can still tp from base to lane where u should be. If u tp to base u cant react to current situation in the map (counter gank, defend teammate, split push if enemy team is pushing one lane, defending push) since u have to walk to lane/jungle. Too many times i see ppl teleporting to base, then walk to top lane and when they get to the t2-t1 area, enemy team is 5 manning bottom and u cant help defending because "i have tp cd".
Ofc this isnt perfectly play in every single situation but definitely something u should consider when planning to go base (whether to tp or walk)

well i enjoyed being able to split push during downtime but without the support of your blue background i really didn't wanna argue on the internet about it.
what's ur thoughts on maxing shuriken now? I kinda like just going 0421 if I'm chilling in their jungle since it's so much more sustainable. dunno if new bouncing shurikens are that valuable

how can you not like new bouncing shurikens? it effectively lengthens the range of your shuriken toss by 1200 range as u can throw it at a creep and it'll still bounce to a tracked hero
