Usually, after team gets blown up at big LAN, i have to ask about disband but this time - no. Hope, noone retires and they just move on. Thanks for existing! <3 #longliveAlliance

This last game was really really intense and emotional. But considering the drafts Alliance made during the first 3 days, they kinda deserve to be where they are now. I don't blame them for trying new stuff, they might be on to something really great but just haven't had the time to perfect it, but they realized too late that they had to fall back on what they know. It's really depressing... Good night.

Nothing wrong with going out in a game as good as this. I would be (pleasantly) surprised if there is a game better than this one for the rest of the tournament.

Get out of this thread? ![]() On a serious note, this isn't the first time in their history where they've had to play without Wisp and Furion and they've still won a lot of tournaments etc. Granted though, I think they lack confidence in playing a straight up game vs top tier teams. Ironically I think they have some of the best teamfight coordination in the world. I can recall some SICK Kunkka and Dark Seer games where they've blown teams out of the water with perfect teamfight combos. Unfortunately though, if you lack confidence you go back to the stuff that's worked out for you earlier; in this case rat dota/split push. Had they gotten 1 or 2 wins more in day 1 I think they'd been playing a totally different style. The mental/confidence aspect is big.

I m not very sure if they knew that their naga is good from the beginning or find it out later, a journalist must ask them. But personally i think they knew.So expensive mistake after all cost at least 100k for each player. They shouldnt have taken that risk. Anyway gg alliance, better luck next year.

I feel the same way , they shuoldve went for Rat , or their wombo combo lineups (DS/Kunka) and the likes , too bad they never play Tide/Void and the best hero today -> ENIGMA , they got rekt by this hero more often then not in the group stages ,i dont understand why Akke wont play it , fastest jungler , amazing late game , amazing farm. fits into the 3.5~ cores lineup these days.
