Swedish and Danish are similar enough that we usually understand each other just fine and I reckon that with minimal training it won't be an issue at all.

It works like this: (arbitrary numbers of course) Norwegians understand swedish and danish Swedes understand 50% norwegian, but no danish. Danes understand 50% norwegian, but little swedish. I guess the issue is that the pronounciation methods of both swedes (very nasal) and danes (very diffuse) sort of make them hard to understand for each other. Interesting fact about danes is that their accent tend to produce either excellent or dreadful english speakers, as opposed to the stable mediocrity at it from the rest of us scandinavians ![]()

It's likely just for dota reasons - the contribution those two make to alliance is generally overstated imo, EGM in particular has been flattering to deceive this past year. As a fan, I'm pretty optimistic for what they can achieve with the rumoured additions. I guess its perspective, but I definitely think their top players were S4, bulldog and EGM in that same order. Losing EGM is acceptable, losing s4 is a huge hit. If not for the plays he makes, the drafting his ingenious and this is coming from someone who was not an alliance fan. Unless they can pull in puppey, i doubt anyone will be close to his drafting.

Misery and Chessie who is an ex-hon star. Regarding S4, he is absolutely a top tier player, I just think people overrate him a bit due to him having a fairly flashy style and specialising in heroes like puck, magnus or bat where the contribution is easy to notice and appreciate - a great puck player will always attract more hype than a great viper player or razor player or whatever. What he doesn't give you is the consistency of someone like Super or 430. Just my opinion of course.

Hope, he succeds anyway in TT and they don't disband before New Year's Eve. Same goes for s4, probably my favourite player in DotA 2, hope they can adjust to each other asap and show some brilliance to basically resurrect Puppey's career.
