Last game they forfeit XBOCT die early on in lane having 8 (8!?) stick charges. And he did not die to stun lock, he was running around for 20 sec or so refusing to use stick charges and turn around and kill very low attacker. lol

Like how fast do people forget? I'm a big Na'Vi fan and I was really happy they made the finals, but you can't deny there was some luck/cheeky plays involved. The pudge/chen vs tongfu. The denied aegis vs orange. With TI4 being even more stacked, and Na'Vi performing worse than last year around this time, it's pretty natural to start worrying!

That said, as much as I would like to see Navi win TI4 in dominant form, in the long term the awful form of recent times might have some benefits. If it can move Navi towards scrimming a couple of times a week as opposed to playing a grand total of three scrims as a team since TI3 to whenever that KKY interview was, it will be a good thing in the long term.

The prize pool is bigger than ever, the motivation higher than ever probably. They've always been in the finals, and while there are no guarantees, they will probably do very well this year as well. When they practise together they just always pull it together and play a notch better than any other team out there. They are incredible individually(especially when lots of money involved), and with practise it just always meshes up. I dunno about that. They barely made it to the TI3 finals and that was with China sucking balls. The fact that the prize pool is bigger than ever should be a motivator for not just Navi and the competition is getting stronger every year.

Still, they took 2 games in bo5 against Alliance (who were at their peak) playing straight up, no gimicks dota. That's an impressive achievement.

Plus they basically spotted Alliance the first game and really should have won the last one. That being said, NaVi looks more horrible these days than I've ever seen before.

TI1 Na'Vi = The Only Team that Matter in Dota2. TI2 Na'VI = The Only Western Hope against Asian Onslaught. TI3 Na'Vi = The Only Team to make it to Finals with the direct help of another player they will never acknowledge. Writing is on the wall, the raid is over.
