Yeah it feels like there should be a 1-10 on how shitty the person was, instead of the current "If its more than a 1, its a 10"

Selling your items and buying a shadow amulet is like maybe a 2 on the 1-10 bad sporstmanship scale. Doing that 3 minutes before the game ends in a 2-30 game is definitely just a 1.

It's been what, almost 10 years since dota 2 was released? I don't think it's too soon for dota 3 but I'm not sure what they would change? Maybe they should just do the WoW thing and let us play on an ancient patch

I don't think humans are reviewing reports because humans are incapable of detecting griefing, I think humans (outside of the ones in the game) are reviewing reports to help remove the bias involved in reporting games you're apart of.

And in this way, without being given more explicit instructions or details from Valve, it's a failure on the their, and the system's fault.

I played a ton last year mostly with a stack. I'm not patient enough anymore to deal with solo queue the older I get. I just feel depressed as fuck after dealing with the people in this game. Can't be bothered pleading with grown adults to stop acting like my 5 year old nephew for 30+ minutes.

Haven't played in like 3-4 months now though but I'm sure I'll randomly have motivation at some point this year once my stack picks up again. Feel like my dota life has become cyclical the past 1-2 years

Yeah it feels like I play for 3-4 months a year and ignore it the rest of the year. Its fun to drop in and learn all the weird shit that has changed and derust, but the motivation to climb in MMR or get better or whatever is mostly gone. I'm not interested in grinding pos4 games or whatever anymore, just playing and having fun with buddies.
