It is a good item with a nice build up, im not trying to deny that but on a SF you should get more than enough farm to make you sell the janggo because your inventory is full.
I just think its not viable if youre the main damage dealer. If youre not or youre aiming at an early finish its a good buy.
Some of the more salient points of why Chinese SF are getting Phase and Jango are because SF is a really squishy hero. In pro-level tournaments early game, if they come gank you, you WILL be chain stunned. SF with his crappy HP will not survive. However their way of thinking is that if he has high MS through Phase an Jango, he can escape or outrun a gank.
I still believe that Jango is one of the best cost-efficient items in the game. It gives you a lot of stats at a reasonable price. Mid-game stats items scale well into the mid/late game i.e. Jango/Yasha/PT. And for example a hero like SF, you can actually be an active member in team fights, which Chinese love, because popping the charge gives your entire team benefits in the team fight. It allows SF to become from a mid game hero to an early/mid-game hero as soon as he gets his Jango.

I would be somewhat disappointed if they don't invite LGD. Though I can understand inviting iG over LGD if it came down to it because iG has way more star power.

Thoughts on leaked team list? Not sure if legitimate. IMO, MiTh.Trust should be in there somewhere. They're always a thorn on the side of Chinese teams. I am impressed they were able to predict the IG invite even though the tweet was yesterday.
