I think this just means they won't announce any roster changes until players come back from holiday.

If LGD.int wants to play their cards right, they should have them travel between China/SEA and Europe/NA frequently to get a taste of both scenes. I think many teams should invest in doing something like this actually. It'll be costly, but healthy for teams & scene to flourish and grow.
