They aren't that great. They weren't even top 5 team in HoN. Also all their players are in college iirc and they don't seem to train hard. Also don't be fooled by the sponsor, they were not paid.
Not comparable with Fnatic at all and they won't achieve anything imo.

Well I guess these things are going to happen when your success depends as much on four other people as yourself.
Maybe the personal chemistry isn't there. Maybe some people don't have the dedication and will to succeed that others do. Maybe some just lack a bit of talent and aren't quite there to be the best. Regardless, Shuffles in such a team oriented game are bound to happen.
Also this is just my personal opinion, but when you spend most of your time gaming, your mental and social developement easily gets stunted in the way that you don't get along with different people as well etc. Not necessarily, but for many I feel it is the case. Definately was for me until I cut down on gaming a bit.

I believe these players could do some real damage in DotA 2 scene  TuckeR isn't sLiCKz by the way. TuckeR is an EU pubstar I believe

aL ran fun and interesting heroes in HoN, they have great individual skill but I think they must get better as a team. And as for switching to Dota, they have no clue what the Dota heroes that don't exist in HoN does, Kookies wrote iirc "Batrider wtf"

Was watching him stream just now with 2 other members of his team and 2 other friends. They all sounded very excited about the heroes as if they've never played them before. I don't think the team will instantly become successful in Dota (may take more than 1 year), but they seem to have the right attitude about it, very enthusiastic about the game and stuff.
