Yes, China has more than 1 billion people. Of course there are people who are not racist; it's just as ridiculous to say everyone is racist as it is to say everyone is not racist. Still, we're going to have to disagree about everything else. You lived on the campus of a university, and you're willing to generalize that sort of experience to the rest of China. Okay, great, that's your prerogative, and it's your own right to draw your own opinions from that, just as it is my right to draw my opinions from my own experiences as well as those of my friends and family. I still think casual racism is generally accepted in China (esp. against blacks and Japanese), and I still think it's rare for people to be called out for it when we're talking about the general populace. I've yet to be convinced otherwise, so we're just going to have to end it there.
Racism is always going to be a problem everywhere, and some countries are necessarily going to "be" more racist than others, just as how some countries are going to "be" more homophobic than others. Being aware of it as such does not make me racist.

I dont like the fact that iG kicked out ChuaN.
Really felt that they messed up by delaying things until the point that chuan is screwed because lack of spots in good teams because his departure was so delayed.

Anyone that complains about racism in China simply have a poor understanding of the country and world history as a whole. Also, people are WAY too fucking sensitive about these matters.
Back on topic, Chuan already gave up on iG (look at his actual play at TI3, its like he wasn't trying at all) and based on all the drama, it would take a big attitude adjustment for him to get back into form. With DK roster locked in and LGD/Rstars all but confirmed, there aren't many other places for Chuan to go. For Chuan himself, going anywhere at this point other than staying with iG seems like a step backward for him professionally.

Chuan gets the boot is pretty obvious in light of his now widely known "clubhouse cancer" issues. I don't feel bad for him whatsoever or consider the move a loss for iG
