I haven't really noticed anything new that I perceive as overpowered.
Broodmother is obnoxious and clowny but still a hero within the boundaries of her weaknesses by not contributing much to team fights nor is she impossible to lane against. I don't expect to see her much in competitive either unless there's something I'm missing. Bloodseeker is more or less the same to me. Disruptor seems stronger outright than before but he's far from god status. Invoker is stronger in lane and has better killing potential but aside from that, more or less the same. Lich is obnoxious in lane but outside of that phase he's very similar. Pudge is the same, blink dagger is cute but I wouldn't even go so far as to say it's better than even a force (Im serious)

Yeah, his movespeed isnt the problem here. You have to build around max movespeed to achieve a ridiculous number. In which case, its almost useless in teamfights (which is what this patch is all about now). But the new Bloodthirst vision is pretty goddamn ridiculous. I was just watching N0tail lastnight as Invoker with BS on his team, the amount of Sunstrike juking the enemy team had to do was hilarious and even then he was able to snipe them.
Also on the subject of Meepo. N0tail definitely likes the new Net cast change, it feels so much more fluid and easier to accomplish with a group of Meepos. And lvl 4 Meepo ulti seems to compliment the new 1-2-2 lane setup thats starting to get adapted now.

buff from global, vision only in 6k would be a nice way. its just stupid that there are constantly enemy heros popping up for you.

Consider how maelstrom and mjollnir give you magic damage. Then consider how desolater amplifies your physical damage. Then reconsider your item builds 
Maelstrom and Mjollnir give you very high IAS, which immensely increases your physical damage even over the course of 2-3 seconds. Desolator naturally complements it but the item progression is not ideal for a lot of characters.

Global vision is just insane, especially with even just level 1 bloodthirst. I could see him fitting into more of a 3/4 role now with a silence, an effective immobilizing ult, and then global vision to <50% hp heroes.

Been playing since the patch came out, and it still feels like dota. Some shit is obviously way different, and I have wished I was playing batrider or rubick anytime I matchup against broodmother, and slark feels pretty stupid sometimes, but hey that's just dota. ^^

Yes, mid-game buybacks are actually a risk now rather than making it impossible to push because you just buyback and they either back off and you farm back that gold in the time you would've spent dead or they stick around and die.

Luna has night vision which is a huge asset to her being able to dodge ganks along with her movement speed.

Thanks for the clarification but to me that's not really enough. Even S4 still dies a lot in daytime with tankier mids.
Luna is just so squishy, there are about 30 heroes which can smoke from jungle and make her life miserable not to mention any kind of hero mid with a stun like storm spirit/od/rhasta/enigma/lion. Imagine an offlane BH just moving into mid, the slow/jinada to me seems enough to kill Luna every time with a mediocre mid.

Both night vision and base damage are positives that don't really make up for the negatives that come along with Luna mid.
She's readily gankable. Has terrible range, making many matchups bad / impossible for her. Has nothing aside from high movespeed to lend to rune control (no waveclear A la DK / DP / QoP / Puck etc) Isn't a great ganker, so has limited use for the runes she might get.
She also scales well with farm and levels, so putting her in a situation where she could fairly frequently get denied one or both is a bigger risk than putting her in a dual / trilane where she can secure some level of farm and levels virtually guaranteed.
