- Now uses Null Talisman instead of Robe of the Magi (from +12 int to +6 int, +3 str, +3 agi, +3 dmg)
- Magic weakness duration increased from 20 to 25 seconds


Is it me or does this REALLY change veil? Its pretty damn useful as a quick first snowball item once you get a quick 1 or 2 kills for int nukers. The stats are now more useful for int heroes. Veil has always been an underused mini aghanim's. Now it might be AMAZING. Zeus anyone?

I really love Dota and all and I can really understand some of these changes..But this is it for me.
If these changes get implemented I'll tryout LOL and if it's too horrible I'll stop playing games entirely.
I don't even see the need behind this..The current patch wasn't even close to being figured out o.o

It costs 800 mana, the most expensive spell in the game.

It was a simple typo. It was supposed to be "cd" instead of "cost". Seemed to be easy enough to figure out considering the cost is 800 and the cd is 0?

OD is the carry right now, because he has more damage than Skywrath.
With the Aghanims effect, Skywrath's damage potential goes through the roof, soaring in the sky and slowly entering space.

OD can do like 900 Damage to everyone in an aoe with a 3 minute cooldown along with ~100-160 pure damage per hit.
Skywrath with 1 item and OD standing next to him can do 1200 in an aoe as often as the player can click on the ground.
If nobody hates you, you´re doing something wrong. However someone hating you doesn´t make you right

Bruno just tested it on stream, OD + Skywrath combo doesn't work cause Skywrath ulti doesn't have cd cause whatever

I love some of the changes to junging, Shadow Blade, etc. but other ones are so extremely absurd I hope they get snuffed in the testing phase. Some don't make sense (Death Prophet players were not complaining that much about the base damage of her ultimate), others are awfully weak (all of Void's changes), and some could snowball into absolute silliness (Batrider didn't need all those nerfs with how nerfed stacking will be, relax Nightstalker).

I'm still going through the notes. Just wanted to comment. That Enigma aghs buff. I mean I know people try to get midnight pulse down before bhole as it is. Imagine getting that down and then aghs bhole on top. Enigma might actually be able to rampage off a 5 man bhole.

Because the cooldown is 0. Arcane aura doesn't work on some stuff with no cooldown.

even if you dont decrep skywraith he still takes 2k damage from casting 2 ults which is absurb.

the change was expected to create parity between null talisman/wraith band/bracer. The build up is slightly easier but costs 20 more gold than the old version, and is still more expensive than drums or aquila. imo on heros that would build a null talisman, there are better items to work towards rather than veil usually and there are better/cheaper utility + survival items for magic dmg based supports.
