Some changes are not doable in DotA 1 I'm pretty sure. Like the movespeed cap on Bloodseeker, I think you can't bypass the movespeed cap in the War3 engine That and 100% movespeed slow from Wisp. I'm guessing what they ACTUALLY mean is that it'll ensnare them, because otherwise this can't actually enter Warcraft 3.

I think this part is key, the change promotes retaining controle over the rosh area and make sure that you can arrive in time for a spawn, which in itself may lead to more action.

Don't really like most of the changes..
1) BS is now truly BS...
2) Disruptor buff is cool, but it's an AOE Doom. That's quite ridiculous too, though you could always step out of the AOE I guess.
3) Day/Night feels like an unnecessary change
4) Slark ulti can't be revealed...at least the CD is 65s.
5) Buyback change feels designed to curb rage buybacks lol. Decent change.
6) Roshan change is the best out of all these changes.

And I'm uncertain if the Brewmaster Primal Split and Ags interaction is a nerf or not...

All I know, is that there needs to be some sick montages of blink swap into blink hook now that they can both get blink daggers.
On a more serious note, blink swap is going to be hilariously good. Swap already confuses most pubbers now imagine swapping and then instantly just double tapping for the blink back.

Rosh respawn timer being random forces the teams to pay closer attention to Rosh. I actually like this change. You still have a reason to time Rosh, but you have to check it more frequently so that you won't accidently give it away to the other team.
The new neutral camp allocation is good. They make chainpulling very viable, as the small camp dies much quicker and allows for quicker pulling. It's very biased toward Radiant however, as they have access to a much closer camp for chaining and will be able to do it with just one puller. Dire will probably need two players to chainpull, since the pull window for the camp you would use at the right side jungle was nerfed and probably made unusable. I hope it wasn't though. Overall, jungling seems to have become easier, but less rewarding for everyone. This might allow for new jungling heroes. I hope it does.
The new exp mechanic hopefully makes more heroes viable for offlaning, now that just surviving has major rewards. You'll most likely still be up against trilanes or duo with a jungler though.
Overall, the changes are interesing, but I hope they won't make Dota be less about clutch teamfights. That's what separates it from LoL.
The buyback change and the roshan change are to stop the stale 90 minute chinese games from happening. Those were so boring and since the timers were set in stone they could just let the game drag on forever. Now with buyback being a huge game changer and rosh respawn being unreliable, they have to fucking FIGHT now instead of farm and wait for rosh rinse repeat chinese rat doto crap.

There's already a 100% slow (140% from Invoker's Ice Wall)

Also, Static Storm doesn't affect BKB targets, right? So if your BKB is active pre-Storm you're still ok. The big draw of Doom is that it goes through BKB and similar.

Please stop it with the Chinese stall dota myth when this is the primary Alliance tactic. The Rosh RNG respawn only helps teams that like to focus on split push. You might need to wait for the Rosh fight to happen but you are guarenteed a team fight at rosh pit. Now you are guarenteed a 0-3min increase in stalling before the rosh fight begins.
