I'm kind of happy for those changes, that will change meta pretty hardcore, maybe forcing teams to play more aggressive - at least I hope so.
But that is too many fucking changes for a single patch, my brain won't remember everything.

I think the only change i disagree greatly with is probably the neutral camps sharing exp thing
If it stops that boring afk pulling/offlaner in their own jungle cause they can't enter the offlane-thing I'm totally happy about that change

This would have already been a huge patch even if they didn't change any heroes. The amount of drastic changes in a single patch is unprecedented. Forget everything that you knew about Dota and prepare to learn an entirely new game.
Some changes that don't make sense to me ...
Roshan RNG respawn: I believe this only rewards boring split pushing more than ever. When teams knew exactly when Rosh spawned, it was almost a guarentee for a big teamfight regardless of how much/little action was going on inthe game before. Now, as long as you have an ability to scout the pit, you can split push like crazy while the less mobile team needs to stay near the pit in case rosh comes up. Teams are basically gambling with their map position during those few minutes and the split pushing team (ie boring game-extending dota that Icefrog is against) will have a greater advantage than ever.
Jungle Aoe XP (excluding ancients): I think this is promoting bad play. Why should the lower skilled player be rewarded for my ability to out last hit them during jungle/pulling contests?
Buyback changes: I'm still undecided about this. The existence of buyback in the game will always stall the game. Teams will probably save buybacks for Rosh and Base defense/siege. It certainly will make players think twice about buying back during other times since you can't even farm during the time you gained from a buyback. But how many buybacks are actually used to farm instead of to fight (apart from NP). I don't think the buyback problem is solved at all, it's simply a different problem now.
... and of course some of the hero changes are pretty ridiculous. One thing is for sure, from now until TI4 will be the most volatile period of the metagame we have ever seen.

Teams stalemating for 5 fucking minutes waiting for Rosh to respawn was stupid There's a very real possibility that the changes to Roshan will just result in teams stalemating for 8 minutes instead of 5. I don't think it will play out that way most of the time, but it's possible. There's always going to be stalemate fights at rosh as long as it's in the game. The change increases the importance of vision wars and scouting tho.
Speaking of rosh, I wish they had changed Naga's ult so it would make Rosh invincible too. It felt like the only broken part of the hero

Also, darkseer can't totally fuck you when you double pull.

Rubick already HAS an Aghs upgrade, and it says that they're adding it. That's just one of several things that seem highly questionable, not in terms of balance, but in terms of "would they REALLY write this?" You think Valve developpers are gonna waste all their time implementing the changes and putting them in the test build as a joke? Some people in this thread look incredibly stupid. Not as stupid as Icefrog for not knowing what he already has in the game. Fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; hate leads to suffering. All lead to the power of the Dark Side--also, cookies. Really though, I doubt Icefrog writes it himself. Whomever wrote it use poor word choice. No, you got it the wrong way around. Cookies lead to suffering. Cookie Clicker, to be precise.
Whoever wrote it is still guilty of an incredibly stupid mistake. You should know the basic building blocks of the game, even if Rubick essentially didn't have one before...
It really disappoints me that they didn't nerf OD into the ground. He's not OP, but he has an awful effect on the meta.

I forgot about this Huskar - Berserker's Blood is now disabled by Doom

I was thinking the same about the 2-2-2-2-1-1 CM system change haha

GUESS WHO'S GONNA PICK DOOM WHEN HUSKAR IS PICKED You? I think it's you.
The big change with him is removing the Ghost Scepter interaction. It was clearly not intended (though equally not a bug), and it's what sent Huskar over the edge.

This is unbelievable. It took me so long just to read through it, gonna take a real long time to get used to all the changes. I love playing new patches though so I'm happy about it.

these notes are madness
the day/night, jungle and courier changes will be interesting. laning in general just got a whole lot crazier

Jungle changes + creep wave meets further up + buff to strong offlane duo laners (e.g. Lich, Shaker) means we might see a shift back to 2-1-2, 2-2-1 or dual roam.
It's a big hit to trilaning if the 2nd support cannot safely and reliably get XP because of how hard pulling was changed.

Anyone else happy about the Ancients farming nerf to remove all the ancient exploits? Sure it was sort of cool to see the Mirana supporting Pudge ancient pulls, but it's also a bit boring to watch since it just adds another nearly afk farmer to the team.

Obs ward changed to duration of 7 minutes, but does the cooldown to buy still remain at 6 minutes?
That means more vision for team. Good news!
The rest of the patch is just a wonky. I like some, but some are just ridiculous though.

blink dagger pudge...oh boy...
There's several things I'm worried about regarding this.. One is noobs rushing blink on pudge, losing the entire game immediately. Second is griefers trolling with it. It's also pretty strong for initiating. If pudge gets a good start in a game and grabs early blink, the whole map is basically lost xD.

2 - 1 - 2 dual roam solo safelane + duo offlane + jungler
eaaaaasy action.
