why do you have the confidence to speak on the patch with such conviction when you're a new player to DOTA who knows very little of the game anyhow? Everyone saying patch is a disaster or patch is amazing are both full of shit. The logs posted less than an hour ago and the changes are quite major, it's going to take a lot of time and testing to understand the full scope of this patch.
I like the posters suggestion that this is more 7.0 than 6.79, lols.

the key point is, a small number of drastic changes are acceptable (as old maps often do), but this patch is HUGE (lol).

Pure damage crit dagger? So when you're sieging you're guarenteed to get any tower cause you can spam this for potentially ridiculous damage

A lot of people are forgetting that icefrog has testers and consults with progamers on what changes will be made. This shit doesn't just come out of the blue or get made up in a week to frustrate pub MM players. Most of it is very calculated and what goes awry will be fixed in the 6.79x patches

I've mixed feelings about this patch. I'm amazed as always by IF's big balls, this will shake the game really hard. I wish Blizzard could have the courage to do this sometime. But in the same time I'm afraid that forcing all of this stuff is going to make the game a bit random.
