EPTBtw, At my highest paragon level ive ever been on with a Wiz before: P42. Getting a bit boring grinding but the game has been the most enjoyable it's ever been for me. 1-2 runs a day is pretty nice!

That being said D3's engine is just light-years better. I'm always confused while playing PoE. I never know what's going on. I don't know where I'm suppose to go or why I'm suppose to go there. Their party system is awful compared to D3's simple and efficient one. D3's combat is so much more smooth and their linking items / seeing a new item compared to your currently geared one is so awesome. If we could get a blend of D3 / PoE, we'd have a game that has a sustainable play-ability for a few years. | ||

If it is worth more than your character I'd sell it too. That belt probably gives a lot of dps and armor but if you upgrade everything else you'll most likely get more over stat/dps/all resist upgrades. | ||

My gear has already dropped from top 15 to 40th or 50th wizard in the past 2 months, but most of the items retained its valuefunny thing is some of the pieces tripled in value. Anyways I figured its best to sell before ah closure nears since items will probably not fetch as good of a price. Oh if you are around chosen I still owe you 9 mil. | ||

Subsequent ones you can get some leveling gear (Cains set and crafted rubies to start) to help you get to 60 faster. At that point you should know what you can handle and it won't be so hard if your character dies while getting to 60. | ||

It's hard to say what will happen with prices. Maybe gold drops will be boosted a lot for level 70 (and new inferno). Level 60 gear will always retain *some* value as it will be really good leveling gear. Still, probably best to sell off and get gold. I've decided to not buy any more gear (unless its a really good deal) and just start stockpiling money. But who knows, Blizzard hasn't even set a release date yet. The expansion could very well be released in 2015 based on Blizzard's release history. Some other notes/questions: - Should we save keys for the expansion? - Should we save organs for the expansion? - Demonic essences? - Tome of secrets? <-- this is probably the safest to stockpile, but again, who knows. - Gems should retain value but I wouldn't be surprised if there were new tiers (marquise not bound anymore?). | ||

Ladder reset. The ladder will start from 0 when expansion is released, most people will probably play it looking at how D2 worked. Yeah the game needs it beyond bad. I know jsp still exists, bots still exists etc but a ladder reset will stem a problem that seems unfixable(item and gold inflation) the removal of the AH will also prevent spreading of the inflation so if they add ladder on top of the AH removal the itemization might turn out decent. I still want runewords however, badly, they add so much. | ||
