I really dont like it one bit. I sure hope this isnt anywhere ingame, cause i think its very cheaply made without much detail.. But i guess thats how cartoons look these days. Really not my taste.

I like the fact that they made diablo look less clumsy in this animation. It always annoyed me that diablo looked so stiff and immobile in d2...

I liked everything about it except the graphics. The animation has a quirky style that you see in newer cartoons too, it's as if they didn't have much time on their hands. Static backgrounds and the cellshading-type coloring makes the entire thing just look flat. But it's nice to see a bit more from the story. Maybe I should check the books as well...

I liked it because it's really the first video that gives us an idea of how the angels interact with each other and give us a better understanding of who there is other than Tyrael. Hype for this game just went up that much more.

Reminded me a lot about the Claymore series. Archangels really seem to have very human characteristics, and noble in appearance, but pretty morally bankrupt in reality.

My theory is that Imperius won't be "bad" just arrogant. We saw him fighting Tyrael and Diablo too in the previews, so I think that would make sense if the angels that got Diablo's blood on them in the comic, got corrupted (i felt a big emphasis on that moment in the comic, dunno) and when Tyrael destroyed the worldstone, they had an easy way of kicking him out of Heaven -> fallen star ("justice will fall"). They opened the gates of heaven and without Tyrael Imperius won't be able to withstand the prime evils + the corrupt angels. So we come in and help Tyrael free Imperius (we see Tyrael fighting with Imperius' spear so maybe he dies for good) and defend Heaven from Diablo and co

Agreed, the graphics were ''OK'' but they definitely reminded me of the cheaply animated Saturday morning cartoons for kids.

Back in MY DAY (I now sound like I'm 80 years old), cartoons were drawn and animated with better care.
