If you don't eat any meat or eggs, you basically have no sources of protein wich forces you to eat alot more of other things like pastas or fruit wich are all very rich in carbs. Carbs make you fat because your body absorbs them very fast so you need to eat alot more to be filled. I mean, have you ever seen someone get really fat by eating exclusively fish/chiken/beef/eggs? It's impossible. But try the opposite with pizzas.... Just curious: any reason why you do that? personal? family? religion? | ||
