By tilt you mean after he loses he comes back and owns shit up??
No, I mean he'll have a shitty shooting game and tilt and want to just keep taking contested double teamed shots instead of getting his teammates involved. He doesn't do it as much anymore and he has become a great team player, but I'm just saying.
interesting (2nd hand) factual information supporting the importance of homecourt advantage to the lakers: denver slaughtered teams at home after the all star break by an average of 13pts, including a comfortable victory over the lakers (nene and bynum didn't play, and it was a b2b for the lakers admittedly). their only home loss was by 2pts to houston on the 2nd game of a b2b. meanwhile the lakers have gone 10-9 on the road vs mostly mediocre teams
i think if kobe comes out guarding billups they should just sub in jr smith asap, why not? free up billups and force kobe to gaurd smith, they can't have fisher checking him. also i think denver should just have nene or whoever just box out gasol at all costs and not even try to get the rebound. just get under him and push him 3-4 feet away at all times and have melo and the guards help on the boards, if they stop the 2nd chance points they're on the road to negating one of the lakers key advantages. although idk if that would fuck up their offense too much with the game being slowed down. melo def looked good starting from the post in gm1 but it's something they could try if gasol kills them again
if i was a lakers fan i'd be praying that bynum gets going too, he could create big problems. the lakers always look so much better when he has a good game
Lol. Hollinger clearly didn't read my post several days ago talking about how Orlando matches up so well vs Clevland. OBVIOUSLY THEY MATCH UP WELL MOTHERFUCKER, wtf do you get paid for Hollinger!
BTW, I expect 30+ from Chauncey and either Carmelo or JR tonight, depending on if the Lakers start doubling Carmelo. You know Chauncey is pissed having those free throws be the difference in the game..

that was probably the intended play (especially with howard out) but it seemed like something went wrong near the basket. not too sure but i doubt they meant to shoot a three...
i just watched the replay of that play and lebron was right under the rim, its an easy dunk with a high chance of a 3 point play

When he took a lot of those shots, he didn't have guys wide open saying, 'GIMME DA BALL'. They sat around and didn't run around the floor trying to create a play.
I'm really not a big Kobe fan, but in that clip, Lamar Odom and Brian Cook gestulating from behind the 3point line is ridiculous
