What is fascinating is how small this episode is. I mean, Klaz's YT video encouraging people to vote for his book has 1,000 views and has resulted in about 500 people voting for him - can you imagine if a larger source of internet traffic had decided to play authonomy instead? They'd have literally shut the entire site down purely with the traffic surge.

Here's an idea (in jest): what if TL posted a book with authonomy, and voted it up to compete with Klaz's? It wouldn't be too difficult, when you consider we'd only need 1,000 votes or so to guarantee ourselves a spot on their frontpage above Klaz's book.

Basically I think this is a fascinating experiment in what happens when internet-based communities of vastly different sizes collide. Think something like...the entire population of NYC deciding to up and move to a small, previously-isolated, Pacific isle.
