I think his voice is garbage so I will literally say it. I am just curious. It seems like your main criticism of Klazart is his horrible voice rather then his lack of in dept commentary. I personally dont see whats wrong with someone's voice, but I guess its because I grew up in a culture where everyone had very distinct and heavy accents. And no, being critical is not flaming. I dont see that connection either. edit: I dont believe its right to assume someone is an idiot because they have an accent. Now I know INC didn't exactly say this, but it seems like INC is making that assumption (to me).. Now if INC hated him for his commentaries, thats a different story. But I have reason to believe that INC has not heard Klazart's commentaries.

Klazart is going to get all the attention and criticism he wants, from all the biggest critics. By the end of the week, everyone's going to know his name.

I just looked through a few of the threads on Klaz's book there, and I have to say that their average poster is pretty mild-mannered and intelligent (if naive about the scale of the internet). Not that I think you're heading over there to start shit, but in general I think you can expect pretty polite responses from their members. There's really not very much of this "gamer-bashing" going on. What is fascinating is how small this episode is. I mean, Klaz's YT video encouraging people to vote for his book has 1,000 views and has resulted in about 500 people voting for him - can you imagine if a larger source of internet traffic had decided to play authonomy instead? They'd have literally shut the entire site down purely with the traffic surge. Here's an idea (in jest): what if TL posted a book with authonomy, and voted it up to compete with Klaz's? It wouldn't be too difficult, when you consider we'd only need 1,000 votes or so to guarantee ourselves a spot on their frontpage above Klaz's book. Basically I think this is a fascinating experiment in what happens when internet-based communities of vastly different sizes collide. Think something like...the entire population of NYC deciding to up and move to a small, previously-isolated, Pacific isle.

WHY THE FUCK DOES ANYONE LIKE HIS COMMENTATING? God damn it.. where is he from/ethnicity? What can explain that horrid voice? Irish + Indian = ? holy christ that makes so much sense.. IRISH INDIAN? WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT? it is like a pink dolphin.. you just dont do that. I don't know man, you don't know how much of a douche your comments came across to me, specially being American, your nation stands against those very comments. The U.K has always had an influx from the old commonwealth and old colonies. How about German American, or Chinese Australian, or English Indian? Or German Turks or French Algerians? Or Jewish Iranians? What's so strange? What century are you living in? There is a ton of Klazart related threads in Teamliquid. As if you had not heard his voice before today. I for one do not believe neither your outcry or surprise (no matter what you may claim). Why you don't like him is beyond me, his voice is not "horrible" but at least be honest about it or don't use him for entertainment cause all he has done is contribute and add to our community. did the whole pink dolphin thing not make it clear he wasnt being ENTIRELY serious? and its quite believable he hasnt heard klazart's voice, ive only heard it once and ive never heard most of the other sc2gg casters. not to start a shitfest (lolol ya right) but if you know anything about starcraft its kind of painful to listen to them.

When you think about it...Klazart-inspired voters probably constitute the majority of their member base at the moment. What if people just started posting SC strategy threads in their main forum?
