You claim to have watched this site for a few days to get to know how it works. You should send in the ghost for a little longer. Turtle not zerg. You may have won the game. But if you want to play again, you've gotta find some friends and so far, it's not your playing that matters, but the way you play. We've been leveling up for months and you using an exploit isn't going to work. EDIT: link Hey, at least that one guy's actually joking. His other posts are pretty good. Apparently he worked at some game company or something, so he's not completely clueless in this matter.

Attracting external readership can really boost your visibility on the site. So if you already have champions from outside the authonomy community – whether that’s family, friends, colleagues or visitors to your blog, facebook profile or other website, you might also encourage them to join the site and get involved. If they can prove their credentials to the community by building their talent spotter rank, then they'll be in a position to be noticed and in turn help you raise the profile of your book. It looks like a stream of his fans from YouTube fighting with old members of the site, who are deriding them for supporting his book without having read it. Do they know how the internets work? The funniest part is that it looks like someone with the username Mathematics has spammed up the entire comment thread by copy/pasting entire math articles from Wikipedia - and people are taking him seriously!! This is amazing - it's like a clash of "forum culture" with people who are totally unaware of its existence. There are tons of disparaging comments about gamers in the comment thread - really sad stuff in there. Even though Klaz is pretty unpopular amongst staff at TL, I think we should support his book because a) this is hilarious. b) anyone who categorically insults gamers deserves to pranked, at the very least. I think klaz is more popular than it looks on TL. The haters just speak out more. I for one would not have gotten into SC at all as much without him. He opened the door for me, and as far as I can tell for hundreds of others as well. I rarely watch his videos anymore, but I still greatly appreciate the work that he has done and continues to do. His lack of knowledge really isn't a big deal because those who know better or who want to know better will just look elsewhere. I definitely support Klazart and wish him the best!

As a note, I didn't vote for Klazart's book. If I have some time this week I'll read it, and if I think it's good enough I'll register and vote for it. fred_limbert is racist trash though, and would have been banned on TL for sure for what he said. I hope he is banned from their site.

Klazart used his own interpretation of their FAQ to promote his own book, and the Authonomy regulars for the most part violently sought to reject him and his interpretation. What has emerged seems akin to the Digg power users issue; as Authonomy seems fairly small and vulnerable, Klazart supporters (who have been referred to as "minions" and "sock puppets" a fairly high number of times by a few regulars) flooded the metric, and as there was little in terms to buffer the inflow, took over the rankings -- as seen by Klazart's book now holding the top position. The regulars have basically been displaced as the power users, as well. But Klazart miscalculated. He's gained too much support, and now there are users making comments that reflect poorly on the rest of Klazart's fans, as well as the TL and gaming communities. As a genuine writer, he should not have wished this upon a writing community. Unfortunately, I think this will only harden some of the Authonomy regulars' opinions against eSports, and some of the SC community against a well-intentioned, albeit small and perhaps even xenophobic, literary community. I've only gone through one thread though so far (the one currently at 68 pages), but I think I'll glance at a few more. true that

I don't hold any malice towards anyone. You're write, this will only make them more insular as a community, which is kinda sad.
