Here are some quotes that I picked out and my thoughts.
"My main counter-measures of detection were mainly for blizzard, because most people including me don't really care if were are caught out for using hacks as long as its not from Blizzard."
"It didn't bother me being caught out, but it did for a lot of other people so I had to do soemthing to keep them happy and continue to use my hack."
"I suppose the main reason for me doing this (developing hacks) is for fun, i am not out to ruin your ladders, leagues or anything like that."
"I would not use hacks to abuse in such a way [playing in leagues], but if other people do it then thats their problem."
Sadly it's not just their problem, it's also the people who's place they steal and the fans who suffer.
I think this guy makes hacks because he thinks people that use them will like him. There is nothing wrong with wanting people to like you, but it is wrong to live in denial of the larger consequences of your actions. The fact is people use these hacks in leagues, and he goes out of his way to make them as undetectable as he can (blizzard would never bother checking suspicious clicks for example). And even for those who don't hack, if you have a good record, you join a public game and choose zerg, there is a good chance your going to get banned, which is just a pain in the ass for everyone.
It would be nice if he would realize that league/tournament players only make up a small percent of his total hack users. So if he purposefully left discrete ways of being caught in the hack, people could still go on using it in their bnet games which no one cares about while at the same time help keep the leagues clean.
Just my 2 cents.
