There was also a bug causing you to get less actual weapon AP than indicated but that one was fixed this week

It's such horseshit that they've locked four races behind Legion content. I've been grinding Legion content since BfA release because I want the Void Elves and Nightfallen. The very least they should have done was make Nightfallen/Army of the Light/Argussian Reach insignias a more common reward from mission board quests given how many of the 'rewards' from the are now meaningless (wakening essence, for example).

I can't really test things on the boss himself since I need a group to get to him but maybe there's some other boss from previous expansions that triggers the same bar in the UI?

Those are the artifact skins that I really adore and that might be enough to get me back into the game.
