Not sure if that's intended or if I should aim to reduce that. I wasn't really in any risks of dying to anything beside screwing up the tanks debuffs rotation in the fight despite the damage being taken.
Check some logs from similar ilvl brewmasters and see the damage they take and if less what they do different.

After finding a decent place to stand and finally thinking I knew what was going on, he reset 3 times below 10% hp.
So I'm gonna chill for a while until something is fixed or people give up. I think having more people is actually making this worse. More shit to dodge, more people standing outside the cave probably increasing his chances of leashing, etc. The mouth of the cave is such a disastrous killzone with all the missiles coating the ground. So people just stand outside after rezzing, which fucks up the fight lol.

Well, i checked the few there were ( So few brewmasters kills forUrsocs even in heroics, did the 23 better parse for my ilvl lol ) and I seem to be in the high % of mitigated / staggered damage so I guess that's good.
Our kill was messy as hell tho, needed 1min30 AFTER BL to finally kill him.

A bunch of us are scattered on the guild's previous server, Cenarius-Alliance right now. i'm keen to lead the new guild but it won't be worth it if people aren't willing to help out and join. You can do almost everything cross-server aside from mythic raiding current tier and ingame guild chat

It reads really fun but if its horrible that would be a real bummer.
I need a class to have fun outside of raids, Spriest is just boring/bad there...

In raids i like my Spriest...
In WQ/Open-World stuff he is totally fine (but as fresh 110 it was horrible, now i can just chaindot stuff again so Itemlevels solved that).
In Myth+ i feel just bad because of the horrible AE.
1on1/World PvP (the only PvP i do) he is complete trash.

He is in a cave and evades if someone gets aggro who is outside, which happens like 9/10 times. And he does a ton of graphical shit and a ton of low damage that bloats the traffic so its lag and freezes galore.

Sub isn't bad, it's a high end scaling spec, meaning they have one of the only artefact with very good traits all the way, and get better overall scaling from gear as well. They also have one of the most powerful legendary ( satyr's boots ) so the potential is very high, just hard to realize right now.
But expect most rogues to be Sub once we hit nighthold.

Sub was actually fine all along, but due to small representation and the appearance of underperforming in the early weeks, Blizzard gave them really significant buffs.
