then I just took mariota for qb in garbage time. People's obsession with big time QBs can get you a pretty good roster if you know where to find value
Pretty glad I grabbed Tyrod Taylor off FA before people started talking about him.
Since it's been like 10 years since Sam Bradford played a game, I forget what he looked like before. He he always been that frail? He looked like a kicker out there.
Vikings fans are about as good at defending themselves as Vikings players are at defending the redzone.
Hopefully AP can shake off the cobwebs are be more effective next week. Teddy needs to spend some time throwing slant passes and I think he will be ok.
...im beginning to think Peyton Manning's last season will end just like Favre's

yup unless you're getting Luck or Rodgers you can safely wait a while. I've generally had more success getting a late qb (or two and just playing match ups) than I do going QB early.

Yeah, I tend to think that you're generally better off getting two second-tier QBs and playing the best matchup than drafting a QB in the first two rounds.
Do you guys think Desmond Trufant / double coverage will shut OBJ down this week? The cowboys don't even have a good secondary and they limited him a lot week 1 just because there's no one else to throw to on that team.

I honestly think it's hope the team or at least the defense performs below the standard they've set. Fan base gets upset and puts pressure. Extension gets offered. It's not going to happen and is much more likely to just cause dissent among the players

I also have Romo though so it kinda sucks that Dez is out...
I think Terrance will disappoint you. He won't even come close to replacing Dez because he's not ready to be a #1 receiver. He catches with his body and gets most of his yards through blown coverages. On top of that, Romo spreads the ball a lot with Dez out, and Witten is probably going to get the majority of Dez's redzone targets.

I think a lot of the fans are on the team's side, myself included.
We can't give him an extension when we did that just 2 years ago and he still has 3 years left on his contract. We already got Michael Bennett threatening holdouts every year, we can't give in or show weakness because we'd probably get a lot more people holding out to try to get paid.

I hope this drama keeps dragging on. I'd love to see the Seahawks continue to be a mess. Still, I'm not 100% certain that Kam's absence was the problem last week. The RAMS offense dropped 24 points on the Seahawks and gained over 350 yards, mostly on passing. Kam's specialty is run stuffing.
